Travelling exhibition on those persecuted as “asocials” and “professional criminals” under National Socialism, Berlin 2023
The Foundation Memorial to the Murdered Jews of Europe and the Flossenbürg Concentration Camp Memorial were commissioned by the German Bundestag to develop a travelling exhibition on those who were persecuted under National Socialism as “asocials” and “professional criminals”.
The aim of the exhibition project, which is one of the most important commemorative projects of the current decade in the Federal Republic of Germany, is to shed light on the injustice imposed on the victims and their suffering.
The exhibition will open in Berlin on 10 October 2024 and will then be shown in Flossenbürg as a second stop. For at least five years, the exhibition will travel throughout Germany and Austria.
